Colimate SnapShot

Here you are a snapshot for the program EVALUATE of the Xmipp package. The structure of the command line for that program is summarized in the following figure (green is used for optional parameters, while blue parameters are compulsory)

 evaluate

   [-p <phantom_filename> -r <reconstruction filename> | -sel <selfile>]
    -mass <%mass=99%>
    -R <r=0>
    -dir (<rot> <tilt> | Z | Y | X = Z)
   [-back_radius <radius> | -back_factor <factor=1.25> ]
    -save_maps
    -show_values
    -show_process
    -save_histograms
    -only_structural

The snapshot of the corrsponding menu generated by COLIMATE is shown in the image below. In this case the option with -r was selected from the menu above the Evaluate menu, that is why the compulsory parameter selection is disabled. The rest of parameters are all optional, and they can be used by clicking on the radio button on their respective left sides.. Default buttons on the right side are provided where a default value is admissible. You can select all by default. When finished doing your selection you press "EXEC EVALUATE", similar to pressing ENTER in the command line and the appropiate command is launched.

As you will see along the documentation the use of Colimate menus is as easy as the menu creation.
